Effective date: March 27, 2026

Bitsick Productions LLC ("Bitsick," "we," "us," or "our") operates bitsick.com and Bitsick-operated websites, applications, games, and online services that link to this policy (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information through those Services.

If a particular product or service has a more specific privacy notice, that more specific notice controls for that product to the extent of any conflict.

3. How we disclose information

Service providers

We may share information with vendors and contractors that perform services for us, such as hosting, infrastructure, analytics, payment processing, authentication, moderation, security, email delivery, and customer support.

Platforms and processors you choose

If you access a Bitsick product through a third-party storefront, payment processor, login provider, or platform, we may share information with that provider as needed to complete the transaction, provide the service, or support the account relationship you chose to use.

Public or community features

If a Service includes profiles, posts, recommendations, messages, or similar community features, information you choose to submit may be visible to other users or, depending on the feature, to the public.

Legal, safety, and enforcement reasons

  • comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or government request;
  • protect the rights, safety, property, or security of Bitsick, the Services, our users, or others;
  • investigate or address fraud, abuse, harassment, security issues, or technical problems; and
  • enforce our agreements and policies.

Corporate transactions

We may disclose information as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, asset sale, reorganization, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security protections.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, or similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand how the Services are used, maintain security, and support product functionality and performance. Where required by law, we will ask for consent before using non-essential technologies.

5. Payments and third-party storefronts

Bitsick may offer products through third-party storefronts, app stores, or payment processors. In those cases, the store or payment provider may collect and process billing information directly under its own privacy policy and terms. Bitsick may still receive limited records about the transaction, such as confirmation that a purchase occurred, the product purchased, region, currency, and similar account or fulfillment details.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the Services you requested, maintain legitimate business records, comply with legal or reporting obligations, enforce our agreements, resolve disputes, and protect the security and integrity of the Services.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International use and transfers

Bitsick is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live and how you use the Services, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a portable copy of certain personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To make a privacy request, contact privacy@bitsick.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

10. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and Bitsick does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Services. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact privacy@bitsick.com so we can review the situation and, where appropriate, delete the information.

11. Third-party links and services

The Services may link to third-party websites, storefronts, social platforms, streaming services, or other services we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information to them.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will post the revised policy here and update the effective date above. If applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it.
